As part of the traditional cuisine of choice for Salvadorans, The Sin Rival sorbets are consecrated as a company success story that originated in the popular Hero City of Santa Ana.
It all started in 1951, when Landaverde Emiliano Rivera began work on the sale of sorbets, crossing streets and squares with his cart, as part of a craft but very characteristic of El Salvador.
The Rivera family history that invested in their cart and searched tirelessly perfected a formula that he sold sorbets, 100% completely natural and handmade, until he came to name it the "Sorbet The Sin Rival" because for him there was no other that equaled in taste.
In the sixties, Rivera had several carts that placed in different corners of Santa Ana. Over the years its popularity grew, This prompted Rivera to teach their 19 offspring, in most men, the value of the work he performed.

Similarly transcended business to a larger project. It was so Victor Manuel Rivera, twelfth son of the founder, regenerated the business idea and opened the first showroom in the center of Santa Ana 20 August 2003.

Wow, beautiful memories that brought me see those pictures of carts sorbet. I grew up in Santa Ana in Colonia El Palmar, and I remember when the lord of the sorbets happening every day and buy a hat with 3 pellets 2 blackberry and milk. I have 24 ANIOS living law of my dear parents, and the only thing resembling a is unrivaled Italian gelato, but in no way compares to the flavors as delicious as those made in the unrivaled. I love photos.
