Tamarind Drink

Ingredients:

1 lb tamarind

10 cups of water

Sugar to taste

1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Wash and remove the husk and soak the tamarind in enough water for one hour. Then grind it to extract the pulp and add water.

Strain and add sugar and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate and serve.
