La Posada de Suchitlán

| | |

Since March 1995 La Posada de Suchitlán has established itself as one of the pioneering restaurants serving high quality cuisine at the town of Suchitoto.

This property offers spectacular views of the lake; a breeze from the lake creates a pleasant environment.

As an important fact, this place was once a vacant lot until founder Arne Dahl and his wife, originally from Sweden, had the vision to create a place to eat and stay at Suchitoto. Alejandro Coto, a famous character of this town, supported this idea.

Other amenities at this restaurant include a large room for social gatherings, conference room for up to 50 people and hotel service available to visitors.

Where to eat

In the restaurant area you will find delicious dishes with specialties such as “gallo en chicha” (rooster stew), grilled hen and grilled steaks. There is also fresh seafood available, all deliciously prepared by the house chef (from US$8.95)
