Barley Drink (Cebada Drink)

Ingredients:

• 1 liter of water

• 1 cinnamon stick

• 5 allspice

• 1 4 cup flour

• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

• 2 tablespoons strawberry essence

• 1 pound of sugar

• 5 cloves

• 1 pinch of salt

• Salt

• Pepper to taste

Procedure:

Boil water with cinnamon and cloves for 10 minutes, then add the flour dissolved in a cup of water, and cook over medium heat stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Let it cool, then add sugar to your taste, vanilla, strawberry essence, and 5 cups of water. Let stand a few minutes.

Before serving, blend with some ice in blender.
