D´Rocas
Located at El Tunco, D’Rocas Beach Bar & Restaurant is the most popular place for nightlife at this location.
It has a large bar and stage where live music is played on weekends, all this on an outstanding beach setting.
Local and foreign tourists frequent it. It has large open areas with large group tables and hammock area.
There are small kiosks, which can be rented for US$ 15.00 to US$ 40.00 per family or group, with a minimum consumption of US$ 10.00 per person. You may stay in one their double bedrooms with air conditioning from US$ 50.00 or with a fan from US$ 40.00. You may also use the pool for US$ 3.00.
How to get there:
By car from San Salvador, take the road to Puerto La Libertad, and drive west along the Coastal Highway from El Malecón and continue to 42 Km.
At this point you will the sign directing you towards the area of El Tunco.
It is adjacent to Jaguar Bar and has its own parking.
By bus from Bolivar Park (San Salvador): buses and minibuses depart to El Tunco. You can take Route 102, 107 or 177. The cost is $ 1.50. The trip takes 1 hour and buses leave every twenty minutes from 6 am to 7 pm.
