Marriage (rice and beans)

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of cooked rice

• 2 cups of black beans (cooked and then ground in a blender)

• 1 oz. margarine (or butter)

• 1 1 / 2 tbsp. oil

• 2 tablespoons chopped onion

• 1 chopped green pepper

• 1 clove of garlic

Procedure:

In a saucepan place the margarine andsauté the onions and garlic. When they turnclear, add the green peppers and sautéas well. Then add the beans and stir, finally adding the rice. Cook for 10 minutes.

You may remove the green peepers. If you the casamientodryer, continue cooking over low heat.

Tip: You may add some grated cheese on top and eat it at dinner or breakfast. It may also be eaten with sour cream and bread.
