Egg Buñuelos

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of water

• 1 cup of flour (divided into 4 equal parts)

• 4 large eggs

• 1 / 2 cup margarine

Procedure:

Boil water and margarine. When its boiling slowly add the flour, shaking every time you add a serving.

Once you have used all the flour, add the eggs one at a time, stirring the mixture rapidly and without removing from the burner until you are finished adding all ingredients.

Then, quickly remove from the heat (when adding the last egg) to prevent the buñuelos from burning and so they have a smooth consistency.

• Honey:

To prepare honey, you can use brown sugar or dulce de panela. Cooked any of those ingredients in water until they have the proper syrup like consistencyand to your nuegados or buñuelos.

    I think it is not clear indication of the procedure, if anyone can answer my e could tell me step by step….I love these donuts esque and will not do…thank you very much

    After the procedure it says here let stand about 1 time
