Garden rice

Ingredients:

• 1 pound of rice

• 1 small bunch of green beans

• 1 Carrot

• 1 Red pepper

• 2 tablespoons of chopped onions

• 2 teaspoons seasoning

• 4 ounces of margarine

• Salt to taste

• 1 squash

• 1 green pepper

• 1/3 cup sliced celery

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 4 cups water

Procedure:

In a saucepan melt margarine, add onion, garlic, rice and vegetable items in boxes and leave fine fry until they change color.

Then add water (2 cups of water for each cup of rice), broth and salt. Let a boil, then lower heat and cover until rice is soft and fluffy.
