Pineapple Sweet
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 teaspoons flour
1 cup pineapple juice
3 cups sugar
1 pinch of salt
½ teaspoon of royal
3 cups of water
1 cinnamon stick
2 lemon peel fishes
Preparation:
In a wide-mouthed pot place water, pineapple juice, sugar, cinnamon and lemon rind. Mix well and simmer until the syrup is clear and sparse.
Mix flour and salt. Then beat eggs on high speed until the mixture hardens.
Add dry ingredients to the meringue but first reduce the mixer speed.
Then start putting the mixture by spoonfuls of eggs. When ready give them back with a skimmer and allow them to cook on that side. Regarding point reach their places in the confectioner where will.
When you are finished with all let thicken the syrup to your liking and when ready, pour into the serving bowl and cast. The cooled and then the cooled.
